• All handmade products have different characteristic in 100%
• The customer can bring our product, Shannta Brand, to be cleaned at the Shannta Store without charge.
• The company disclaims any liability for change or returns the goods as a result of change your mind or damage and loss arising from any customer’s action
• The customer shall record video before unpacking the product as evidence in returning products in case of damage or defect of the products and can prove to be the company's fault, The customer shall request the damaged or defected product return by simply visit at the Shannta Store or contact us and send back it along with original receipt, delivery receipt, and original packaging within 7 days from the date you receive the product. After the 7-day period, we shall not proceed with your request. The company will be responsible for the shipping charge for sending new products to the customer.
• The customer shall record video before unpacking the product as evidence in returning products in case of any product not in accordance with the order by wrong color or design and can prove to be the company's fault, The customer shall request the wrong color or design product return by simply visit at the Shannta Store or contact us and send back it along with original receipt, delivery receipt, and original packaging within 3 days from the date you receive the product. After the 3-day period, we shall not proceed with your request. Any product must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a replacement. The company will be responsible for the shipping charge for sending new products to the customer.
